Dear Parent,
Please find below details for the Parents’ Day / Prize-Giving on Saturday 4th July 2015 to
be held at:
Hamstead Hall Academy,
Craythorne Avenue,
Handsworth Wood,
Birmingham
B20 1HL
The day will begin promptly at 9.30am with a presentation followed by our annual prizegiving in the school hall and we expect it to last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. It is very
important all parents and children attend as this is the only opportunity you will have to
receive your child’s annual report and discuss his / her progress with the tutor.
Tutor Feedback for Morning session students: 10.50am – 12.15pm
(This is for students who normally attend 10.00am – 12pm)
Due to the number of students at the school we have allocated five minutes feedback time
with each parent, appointment times will be displayed in the hall.
We would like to thank you in advance for your co-operation & patience on the day.
Student enrolment for the academic year 2015-2016 will be conducted at both centres on
5th / 12th September 2015, between 10 -12pm.
The first class in the new academic year will be on Saturday 19th September 2015. The
