Alhamdulilllah! We have decided to conduct the above exam as usual. Solicit your attention to the following
conditions, please:
APPLICATION:
1. Should be sent on or before the Closing date: 16.05.2015.
2. Should be filled clearly in English with “BLOCK CAPITALS”.
3. Names and other details should be filled according to the Postal Identity cards or Passports
and corresponding numbers to be written clearly with their prefix.
4. Should be perfected as per specimen in annexure given by the Central Federation of Ahadhiyyah
Schools in Sri Lanka.
5. If necessary photo copies of this specimen may be taken as per your requirement.
6. Applications received after the closing date and/or not filled properly will be rejected.

REQUIREMENTS:
8. Candidates should be born in the year 2000 or after and currently studying at your Ahadhiyyah
School in Grade 9 or 10.
9. Holder of Postal Identity Card or Passport (The Postal Identity card / Passport number is most
essential. It should be write on the application)

Allowed to sit all three papers in any one Language only.
Date fixed tentatively in August 2015 (Insha Allah!)
The duration of each Question Paper will be two (02) hours.
A. Al-Fiqhul Islami (Islamic Law),
B. Al-Aqlakh (Islamic Values),
C. As-Seera Waththaareekul Islami (Seera & Islamic History)
14. The questions for the examination will be selected from Grade 7, 8 & 9 of Ahadhiyyah Syllabus.
15. The Time Table will be issued along with the Admission Card
16. Every applicant should establish his/her identity to the satisfaction of the Supervisor, for this purpose the
candidate can forward either Postal Identity Card or Passport. This is compulsory. Any candidate failing to
produce afore mentioned documents of Identity will not be permitted to sit for the Examination.
Further, the request for sending ID cards number later, with various reasons will be not be entertained.
“Hence, the Principals of all Ahadhiyyah Schools are kindly requested to make necessary arrangements to
obtain the Postal Identity of their candidates before finalizing the Applications”.
17. The Intermediate Examination is conducted preceding the Ahadhiyyah Final & Deeniyath Examinations
conducted by the Government Examination Department for Grade 11 & 13
PAYMENT
18. Examination fee of Rs. 150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty) will be charged from each candidate.
19. A). Deposit the total sum in a nearest Bank of Ceylon Branch at your town to our Current A/C. No.
0001990821 and attach the “Original Deposit Slip” (NOT PHOTO COPIES) along with your
applications.
B). By a Crossed Cheque in favour of ‘Ceylon Islamic Instructions Society Ltd”
(Choice B is applicable only for the Schools which don’t have a branch of Bank of Ceylon in their town).
In case of returned cheques for any reason the respective applications will be rejected
C). Please do not send payments by Cash or through Money Orders. Such application may be rejected.
