Strong preference will be given to projects built in Arizona, with HVAC and/or plumbing designed and/or installed by a company or companies with an office (or offices) located in Arizona. There is no minimum time that the building has to have been occupied, but it must have at least a Certificate of Occupancy by the entry date. Strong preference will be given to projects completed within the 2014 calendar year, but this is not a requirement.
