DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: Entry forms must be received, with payment by 18 March.
Please note – Cash payments can only be made at the February and March Meetings.
DELIVERY OF WORKS:
All works - Framed, unframed and cards and stands are to be delivered to
Studio 1, Gosford Regional Gallery between 10 – 11am on Thursday 2nd April.

COLLECTION OF WORKS: Any unsold paintings must be collected between 2:30pm - 3:30pm on Thursday 9 April
ENTRY FEES:
$10 for 1 painting or $20 for 2 or 3 paintings. You may pay by
• Cash or Eftpos at February and March meeting,
• Bank transfer or Cheque
NUMBER OF PAINTINGS & PRICING:
Framed: Up to 3 framed paintings. Minimum price $90 per painting (or NFS)
Unframed: Members submitting framed works may also provide no more than

PAINTING REQUIREMENTS: NOTE: Poorly presented paintings will not be hung.

• Clean on both sides of glass
• No screw eyes
• Taped on the back with framing tape.
Labelled on reverse side showing the painting
title and artist’s name.
Members are asked not to resubmit paintings
they have hung in previous CCWS exhibitions at
Gosford Regional Gallery As we exhibit annually
at this venue,
PAINTING INSURANCE: The Society and its agents will exercise all reasonable care, but insurance is the responsibility of the Artist.
SALE OF PAINTINGS: The artist will receive 80% of the sale price in the mail following the exhibition.
