Transportation/Highway Engineering and computer programming. Her
research interest lies in the areas of precast and prestressed concrete, Fiber
reinforced concrete, innovations in building materials, sustainable transport
infrastructure and sustainable construction technologies. She has related
publications in national and international journals. Anal Sheth received her B.E in Civil Engineering from
Sardar Patel University at Vallabh Vidyanagar in 2001 and MS in Civil Engineering from University of
Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2003. During her post graduate degree, she has focused in the major
area of structural engineering and minor area of transport engineering. Her independent study has been
in the area of prestressed concrete pavements. She has worked as a structural engineer at Welsch
Engineering Inc. at Illinois, USA and Burns and McDonnell, Kansas City, MO, USA from 2001 to 2006
