Admission Procedure & Important Dates
1. Form Fill-up
•
Open online admission form by clicking the link in the home page.
•
Fill up all the field and submit the form.
•
Applicant will receive a mail and SMS with submission of form. They will get password to enter
into the student panel. Student Panel URL : http://www.onlineadmission.co.in/khujutipara/online-admission/student
•
Applicant pays the Application Fee directly to the bank. After depositing the application fee,
student has to confirm the application. Account Number 11970110029591 (Saving Account)
Bank : Paschim Banga Gramin Bank
•
For each application applicant has to pay Rs. 100 (Bank Charges extra) per application. Without
depositing the application fee, it will be considered as CANCELLED.
•
After depositing the Application Fee, Student has to logon to the student panel with user id (
mobile number) and the password (sent through SMS) and confirm Form Submission.
NOTE: Application once submitted cannot be changed. In case of any error, Student has to cancel
the submitted form and submit a fresh form. Cancellation is possible in every stage of Admission.
2. Rank Generation and Admission
•
All the confirmed application is eligible for ranking.
•
Once the rank is generated, all the eligible students will get a mail to take admission online from
student login panel.
•
A student then logs into the panel and accept the admission by clicking the confirm button.
•
Student then deposit the admission fee and follow the instruction of the mail.
•
Students are directed to bring the following documents in original at the time of admission to
the college after depositing the admission fee to the Bank.

Each Student can deposit the money either Khujutipara / Basapara Branch in Birbhum District.
Student are requested to keep the deposit slip.
NOTE: KEEP THE DEPOSITE SLIP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. ALL THE DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE
DEPOSITE SLIP IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO GET THE ADMISSION. IF ANY CASE ANY DOCUMENT IS MISSED,
THE ADMISSION WILL BE CANCELLED.

in college and confirm the admission 16th June to 20th June 2015
(up to 3PM)

Second List for Honours Course: Rank generation: 21th June 2015 after 9.00 AM
Admission acceptance on website by using user id and password in
Student Portal 21st June to 25th June 2015
Deposit of money in Bank 22nd June to 25th June 2015
Verification of the documents and receipt copies of bank chalan
in college and confirm the admission 22nd June to 26th June 2015
(up to 3PM)

Third List for Honours Course: Rank generation: 27th June 2015 after 9.00 AM
Admission acceptance on website by using user id and password in
Student Portal 27th June to 30th June 2015
Deposit of money in Bank 27th June to 1st July 2015
Verification of the documents and receipt copies of bank chalan
in college and confirm the admission 29th June to 2nd July 2015
(up to 3PM)

Verification of the documents and receipt copies of bank chalan
in college and confirm the admission 10th July to 20th July 2015
(up to 3PM)
NOTE: 2nd, 3rd or 4th Merit list will be published if the seats remain vacant.
