 CHARLES CROSSING APRIL 2015
NEWSLETTER
Greetings from the Board of Directors Thank you to everyone who came out for the March 18th Open Board Meeting. Regarding the shed situation, we need more support from the community. Some residents have volunteered their time to go door to door to get proxies signed and returned to the office. Remember we need 67% of 441 residents in the community. The gazebo is down and a new bus shelter is up. Soon the lights throughout the community will be upgraded to enhance our neighborhood. Cameras have been installed inside and outside of the community center for the protection for the employees and residents. The AECC Guidelines are being revised regarding fence alterations.
