Common Space next to the Pool at 18700 Club Plaza Drive (between
the pool and tennis courts) and Residents’ Front Yard and/or Driveway

8:00AM to 1:00PM

General Guidelines for the Participant/Seller:
- Each participant/seller (must be FHCA residents) will get an approximate space equivalent to two parking
spaces on the Common Space.
- Residents may use their front yard and/or driveway of their residence. DO NOT block sidewalks and/or
public roadways. Please e-mail sponsor, Realtor Shannon Flannery of RE/MAX Realty Group, at
[email protected] to register your name and address so directional signs can be placed
accordingly. Please leave directional sign up or take it down and place in your yard after the sale.
- Set-up will start at 7AM and ending promptly at 8AM.
- Community parking lot (on Rising Sun Lane, next to the pool) should be used for set-up uploading for the
Common Space. DO NOT park on Sparkling Water Drive or in the small parking lot next to the pool, which
belong to the Condominium residents, as your vehicle can be towed at your own expenses.
- This is on a first-come, first-serve basis on the Common Space.
- Take down will start immediately after the event, at 1:00PM.
- No large furniture and/or appliances (such as refrigerator, sofa, wall-units) are allowed on the Common
Space.
- Each participant is responsible for their own set-up and take-down.
- No tables (for set-up) will be provided by the Social Committee. Participants can bring own tables,
blankets, and/or canopies for set-up.
- Left-over items may be donated to a local charity (A charity truck may be available at the site to take any
left-over items. If not, the left-over items can be dropped off at a local charity.)
- No cost associated with this event.
