QUALITY
CONTROL

emphasis on the mely delivery of products. And checks quality at every stage of
produc on – right form the procurement of raw material to products have no
match in the market.
PLANT &
PROCESS
chemical treatment:
The raw wood we are giving a treatment in our high pressure chemical tank. In this
process, we are trea ng the wood with boric acid in order to ensure that no insects
or worms are in our wood.
Seasoning:
A er chemical treatment, we are seasoning our wood in seasoning kilns (capacity
5000 c ). Our quality parameters for the final product as far as the drying processes concerned are a moisture level between 13 to 15%. This is to ensure least working of the wood a er finishing.
Machining:
A er seasoning, we let the wood rest for at least 5 days in order to ensure that
there is on expansion or contrac on anymore as a result of the seasoning.
A er this we start planning, cu ng, molding and sawing the wood to the right
format on our machine park of Indian Japanese, and European machines.
Sanding:
A er comple on of the raw furniture, we are sending it to our sanding department.
For the sending, we are using pneuma c hand sanders as well as wide belt sanding
machine.
Finishing:
A er sanding, we finish our product in our dust free finishing material like, stain,
sealer, lacquer, wax etc. and also using Air spray guns.
Wood We Use:
Our products are manufactured in wood; we use any kind of wood on customers
request to fulfill customers requirement .And mostly we use Sri Lankan Wood like
Teak, Mahogany, Kumbuk, Sooriya Mara, etc
