Minimum order
New account opening orders are set at $200.
Existing customers can place reorders at a
minimum of $100. Orders less than $100 will be
subject to a small order fee of $10.

Carolina. Merchandise will be shipped by the
best and least expensive means.Freight costs will

Restocking fee
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN
EXPRESS only. Net 30 terms available upon
credit approval on third or more orders. Accounts
must apply for credit by supplying a credit sheet
with at least 6 active credit references with fax
numbers. Net 30 terms are based on the date of
the invoice and finance charges in the amount of
1.5% per month will be applied to invoices not
paid within 30 days. No COD orders are accepted.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to discontinue product.
Birchwood Trading, LLC will charge a 20%
restocking fee, as well as shipping costs for
refused orders, partial orders shipped prior to
cancel dates, or orders without cancel dates.
The 20% restocking fee also applies to other
unauthorized returns.

The export of any Birchwood Trading, LLC
product outside of the United States or its
territory is expressly prohibited without prior
written permission from Birchwood Trading, LLC.
Our goal is to have a fully-stocked warehouse,
but due to the nature of importing, we can not
guarantee that every item will be in stock at
all times. Items not in stock will automatically
be back ordered and shipped as they become
available, unless stipulated differently by
the customer. Back orders below $50.00 will
automatically cancel.

Order changes & cancellations
Order changes and cancellations must be
submitted in writing and acknowledged by
our customer service team. We require order
changes and cancellations be made at least 7
days prior to the ship date. Changes to orders in
progress will result in a $15.00 fee.
