Spencer Davis is a Senior Analyst with The Chertoff Group, where she supports the Strategy Practice Area. Prior to
joining The Chertoff Group, Ms. Davis worked in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security as a
contractor. In this position, she traveled to Central and South America, as well as North Africa, to implement an IT
management platform tracking security technology at U.S. embassies and consulates.
Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from the University of Virginia with a minor in French.
While a student at the University of Virginia, Ms. Davis interned for a defense contractor where she researched
International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
