What we’ve been doing in the community
Over the last month we have run
four awareness–raising events for
the community.
Amelia Womack, Deputy Leader of
the Green Party, visited Chichester
and spoke about engaging young
people in politics and how social
change can be beneficial to both
society and the environment. Local
activists organised an event in
Southbourne
to
meet Jasper
Richmond, Parliamentary Candidate
for Chichester, and we held a
fundraising gig with Talis Kimberley
who echoed our sentiment that the
Green Party is for ordinary people
who want change in society. We
also had a meeting about Positive
Money where we explored ideas on
how to create a fairer, more equal
financial system.
