Light refreshments will be provided during the coach tours. All the press tours end at the
Düsseldorf Airport, where subsequently an evening reception, featuring the unveiling of an
art work by Chen Wenling will take place. Before and after the reception (approx. 6pm and
approx. 7pm, respectively) we are offering all media representatives a shuttle service back
to the Museum Folkwang.
Reception and Ceremonial Unveiling of an Art Work
The exhibition partner Düsseldorf Airport is inviting selected guests and media
representatives to a reception, commencing at 6pm. This event provides yet another
opportunity to engage in conversation with the organisers of the exhibition and the artists
themselves.
As a special highlight, an art work by the Chinese artist Chen Wenling will be unveiled in
the terminal, which air travellers will be able to admire over the coming weeks.
Should you not wish to take part in the coach tours, but travel directly to the reception, this
is being held on the Departure level in Terminal B (next to B2B / Info). Please use the
available parking amenities in the immediate proximity of the terminal – for example, the
underground garage P1 or the multi-storey carparks P3 and P7. We can gladly issue you
with free parking tickets on site.
→ Note: The shuttle will take you back to the Museum Folkwang at approx 7pm
(departure).
Registration
To facilitate our planning we would kindly ask you to register for the press
conference/coach tour/reception by May 5, 2015. Please use the accreditation form. Many
thanks.
