We are looking for experienced Administrators to deliver a high quality Administration and Reception function to Retirement Living scheme (RLS) services. You will ensure that excellent customer service is achieved, performance is maximised and that all activity supports the achievement of the Groups vision and is reflective of older people’s aspirations. Key responsibilities will include: 1. To take and respond to enquiries from residents and customers, guided by the Scheme Manager. 2. To provide reception cover at schemes as required and to ensure corporate reception standards are maintained. To provide reception cover for colleagues’ absence/leave. 3. To prepare information and sign up packs for the Scheme Manager and make arrangements for customer contact and visits on their behalf to enable them to meet performance targets on voids. 4. To carry out general admin duties for the scheme based team. 5. To assist in the production of information for the team including word processing, mail merge, spreadsheets. 6. Assist with logging repairs in conjunction with Site Officer and contractors visiting site. 7. To assist the Scheme Manager with organising events and producing promotional materials. 8. Arrange meetings and take minutes to support Co-ordinator and Scheme Managers.
