All orders must be approved by our credit department before shipping.
Credit approval will be based on payment history, available financial
information and other factors. Orders due to be shipped before credit has
been approved will be shipped prepay (C.O.D. or Credit Card) only. All
orders are subject to final approval by Icelandic Design.

Cancellations
All order cancellations will be assessed a 15% processing/restocking fee.
Shipping & Returns
U.S. Customers:
Shipping F.O.B. Longmont, Colorado. Any orders requesting parcel post
or priority mail will be charged a handling fee of $10.00. All orders will be
insured unless we have written confirmation assuring that the customer will
be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.
Canada Customers:
Shipping F.O.B. Langley, B.C.
Requests for return authorization should be made in writing. Any returns
must be made within 15 days of receipt and only with prior approval from
Atlandia Imports, Inc. d.b.a. Icelandic Design. Unauthorized or late returns
will be refused. Fax return requests to 303.651.6611.
Past Due Accounts
A finance charge of 1½% per month will be charged on past due amounts.
