Cost: $100.00/golfer (not tax deductible) if paid by April 24, 2015 $115.00/golfer if paid after April 27, 2015 What’s Included: 18 holes of golf Top 10 teams in a drawing for 4 equal splits of the prize money Gift Bag (tees, sleeve of balls, snack, water, and miscellaneous items) One ticket for Door Prizes, Chance at Hole in One at any par 3 hole, Lunch, 2 Mulligans (1 per 9 holes on drive only), and 5 drink tickets to be used on soft drinks or beer (after 5, $2 per drink) Please Drink Responsibly! ― CASH PRIZES ― Top 10 Teams in a drawing for 4 equal splits of the prize money. Amount of prize money determined by the number of golfers. ― RULES ― • Best ball scramble • Must use 2 drives per nine holes from each person • Pick up after 3 putts • You can move the ball one (1) club length, but not closer to the hole • All par 3s will have a chance at a Hole in One • HANDICAP NEEDED OR YOUR AVERAGE SCORE.
