Old Business None New Business None Open Mic/Public Comment None Other Business Mayor Koch noted the Golf Course is open and asked for an update from Golf Manager Anderson. Mr. Anderson indicated that this is the earliest opening date in the golf course’s history. Mayor Koch noted that there was a cardiac arrest at the ice arena and, due to the AED on site, the person was revived by the time emergency responders had arrived. Police Chief Wise commented that the City of Coon Rapids Heart Safe Program is working and acknowledged the efforts of Officer Platz to implement the program in the Community.
