During this 2013-2014 school year the PTO has organized and funded many events. Grade level curricular enhancement opportunities have been organized K-8. Rosalind Wiseman was brought in as the collective effort of the PTO, Alliance for Excellence and District 65 to discuss the challenges of pre-teens and teens and how to deal with the social and emotional factors that play into these students’ lives. Science night introduced students to many scientific principles and allowed them to question how and why things work.
