As the Clark County Medical Society (CCMS) continues to grow, we look for opportunities to add value to our community. Our Junior MiniInternship program is just one of the ways we strive to enhance students desire to pursue a career in medicine and to keep our best and brightest here in
Nevada! This experience is more than just an opportunity to shadow a doctor; this program affords the student a chance to interact with a doctor and
the care team in the physical, intellectual and emotional environment the student plans to pursue. We go all out to connect students with doctors in
areas of specialties they seek to follow and introduce them to specialties they may not have considered. Our goal is to build a bridge from High School
to Medical School. CCMS has coordinated with the Clark County School District to work directly with the school administration in the selection
process.
