The organisers of ‘Cruise Martinborough’ have the right to refuse entry to any person or
persons for any reason it sees fit.
The organisers are not liable for any damage or loss to or of a vehicle, personal property or
entrant at any time during the festival. Vehicles are entered at the owners risk and the
organisers are discharged of any liability. Some events are subject to weather and no refunds
will be given if any part of the festival is cancelled for any reason.
The organisers may use any photograph of the entrant or entrant’s vehicle, taken during the
event, for its own purposes. By accepting these terms and conditions the entrant releases the
organisers of any liability for loss or damage.
To be eligible for any of the prizes entrants must register their car before registrations close.
The prize draw will be made on the final day/ evening of Cruise Martinborough. Winners
must be present to claim their prize, if they are not a second draw will take place within
2minutes
Only certain pre-registered vehicles/ caravans will be permitted to take part in Cruise
Martinborough. The Cruise Martinborough team have the right to refuse entry to any vehicle
that does not fit the specified criteria or for any other reason they see fit.
All vehicles must have a current warrant of fitness and registration to partake. No Patches,
no dogs and no boy-racers or jappas.
