Instructions
Separate giant skein into individual skeins of each yarn.
Label from color A through L, as listed on label beginning
with “Boucle” and ending with “Single Merino”.
With color L, CO 3 sts
Row 1 - Knit
Row 2 - YO, PM, K1, YO, K1
Row 3 - Knit
Row 4 - K1, YO, K to marker, YO, slip marker, K1, YO, K until
1 st remains, YO, K1.
Repeat rows 3 & 4 for remainder of shawl, changing yarns
as follows:
19 rows color L (beginning with row 1); 8 rows color K; 6
rows color J; 8 rows color I; 6 rows color H; 8 rows color G;
6 rows color F; 8 rows color E; 6 rows color D; 8 rows color
C; 6 rows color B; 8 rows color A.
Bind off loosely with color A. For best results, lightly block.
11sts = 4” in wavy ridge pattern

Row 1 - Knit
Row 2 - K1, P until 1 st remains, K1
Row 3 - K1 *K2tog 2 times, (YO, K1) 3 times, YO, SSK 2
times; repeat from * 9 more times, K1
Row 4 - Knit
Row 5 - Knit
Row 6 - Knit
Row 7 - K1 *YO, K1; repeat from * until 1 st remains, YO 2
times, K1
Row 8 - Purl across, dropping all yarn overs.
Instructions
CO 112 sts. Beginning with Row 1, work in Wavy Ridge
Pattern for 170 rows following color chart on next page.
Knit 1 more row with color A then BO purlwise. Block to
finished size.
Cut remaining yarn into pieces 26” long. Make 4 giant
tassels using approximately 40 pieces of yarn for each
tassel. Attach tassels to each corner of throw.
