Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation. Delivery of parcel may be up to 7pm in evening.
Within Italy delivery costs: €8.00
To UK delivery costs:

Our products are 100% Made in Italy in our own family factory of artisans. Please allow 15 working days for delivery from the day of
placing your order.
Returns & exchanges
Returns policy
If, for any reason, you would like to return your Bizzarri order, you can send it back to us with proof of purchase within 1 month for a
full refund or exchange. Postage & packaging is not covered on returns.
How do I return my order?
If you shopped through our catalogue or website, then just nip down to the Post Office with your parcel and pop it into the next post.
Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the
post. We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really
rather not do.

Prices are shown in sterling £ - you can opt to see them in Euros € as well.
Any orders sent to the U.K from Italy are VAT free. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods
