You have been given the task of choosing images for a pictorial exhibition by the National Archives entitled
‘The Importance of Belonging’.
Analyse both IMAGE 4 and IMAGE 5 with close reference to what ideas, values and perspectives on belonging
have been developed, and how these ideas, values and perspectives have been represented within each image.
Your answer should be written in two paragraphs and, in your analysis of the images, you should assess which
image would be most effective for the purpose of the exhibition.
