I’m writing to ask for approval to attend the Keynote Theatre at the 7th annual Cloud World Forum 2015,
taking place on the 24th and 25th June at Olympia Grand in London. The Cloud World Forum is EMEA’s
only Cloud & DevOps expo.

The fee is £895 + VAT before 3rd April and up to £1,195 + VAT @ 20% after the date.
I’m currently working on ways to reduce expenses, including hotel discounts, ride sharing, and meals
with vendors. I’ll also submit a post-conference report that will include executive summary, major
takeaways, tips, and a set of recommendations to maximize our current investments in Cloud Computing.
I can also share relevant information with key personnel throughout the company.
