Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund will be given prior to
March 27, 2015. After March 27, 2015 all cancellations will be non-refundable.
Registration Deadline
Registration will be accepted until March 27, 2015. REGISTRATION IS NOT
ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT.
Event Parking
All OUMC employees, please use assigned parking locations - shuttles will
be running.
Non-OUMC employees, free parking is available in the South parking lot of
Children’s Ave.
Conference room temperature may be variable, so please dress in layers for
comfort. Please notify us for special needs and/or accommodations at least
one week prior to the conference.
