ReGistration Policy
Deposits must be sent along with your registration forms. ( If you register online, Your deposit must Arrive before the deadline. )
All registration fees shall be made payable and submitted to the CNH District office prior to May 18th, 2015
An additional late fee in the amount of $50 will be assessed if the balance is paid after May 18th.
Refund Policy
The CNH Jr. High DYG is a self-funded event. All costs for this event are covered by the registration fees.
Due to the commitments with the contractors, please understand our limits on the refund policy.
Below is the refund policy; please read it carefully.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing ( email, written letter, or fax ).
No phone cancellations will be allowed.
- No deposits will be refundable.
- Refunds ( minus the deposit fee ] Will be given for cancellations received
in writing to the CNH Jr. high DYG Committee prior to may 18th, 2015.

- After May 18th, 2015, no refund will be granted regardless of the circumstances.
Each church shall be responsible for the full registration payment.
- If any extraordinary circumstances, such as accidents, weather, etc., prevent anyone from attending the event, refunds are
