Keeping In Touch
VBS 2015: On behalf of Education and VBS committees, and with regret,
I'm informing the congregation that there will not be Vacation Bible
School in our church this summer. With fewer volunteers than in the past,
we'll take a year "off" and look forward to next year.

Mennonite Disaster Service continues to bring people home in High
River, Alberta. Although High River flooded in June 2013 there are still
people who have not been able to move home. Come volunteer for a week
or two this spring and summer. Call 1-800-241-8111 for more info or to
book a week for you and your friends.

Many thanks to all who participated in making the blankets. A total of
135 were made of which 127 have been sent to the MCC Alberta office
and the balance distributed locally. Also 98 kit bags have been sent to
MCC Alberta. The blanket making is done, but we need persons to make
more kit bags. Please contact the Goodwillers for supplies.
