Accommodations are available by advance reservation
only. A deposit of $40 per person (except children 3 and
under) along with the attached reservation form filled
out is required in order to hold your reservation.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
Advance Reservation Discount
A 4% discount, applying only to stays of a full week, is
offered to guests who have made their reservation a full
year in advance. Deposits for an advance reservation are
due March 1st of the upcoming season.
Group Discount
We provide discounts to groups of 40 or more people.

Reservation Terms and Conditions: Please read
carefully. Please make any remarks that will assist us in
making reservations: number and ages of children,
single people, married couples, double or twin beds,
type of accommodations, etc. We will serve dietary food
if provided by the guest. No pets allowed. Kennel
nearby in Cuba, call for details. We will assign specific
cottages, if requested, but we reserve the right to change
cottage assignment if family or group size is insufficient
for a requested cottage. Payment upon arrival is
required. Check or cash (No credit cards please). In
the event of cancellation, or of reduction in your party,
we will refund a deposit of $40 per person only if we are
notified 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Full
payment is required for all guests for whom space has
been reserved, including those who do not arrive when
expected (unless we are notified in advance). Deposits
may not be transferred from one person to another, nor
from a space reserved in one week to that reserved in
another week. We provide one towel per person daily for
the room; you may wish to bring more of your own. You
may wish to bring some extra colored towels with you.
Be sure to bring an ice chest for your drinks. We provide
lifejackets, however, if you have them bring your own.
No Visitors Please unless we are notified and
agreements have been made. No substitutions of one
person for another. Please do not tip any of our
employees except for the meal servers. Please do not
arrive earlier than designated check-in time. Rates do
not include sales tax or dining staff gratuity. Counter
sales, gift shop items and vending machines are not
included in the rates. Otherwise, our rates include
everything!
