Coffin President [email protected] (Associate Opportunity – Page 2) REQUIREMENTS       Two-four years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, senior leveraged cash flow or mezzanine debt lending; Knowledge of leveraged finance, including senior debt, mezzanine and equity co-invests, is a plus. Solid financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation skills; Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication capabilities; Ability to work as a member of a small team handling a wide range of responsibilities.
