ServSafe® is a nationally recognized
comprehensive food safety training
developed by the National Restaurant
Association Educational Foundation.
Food service managers and Cottage
Foods producers need the highest level
of food safety training and certification.
Participants who score 75% or higher will
receive a ServSafe® certificate, valid for
five years.

April 15 and 16, 2015
$150.00: Includes ServSafe® Manager book
and certification exam.
$ 95.00 : Additional business associate:
Includes participation and certification
exam, but no book. Must accompany a
full-price participant.

Retail business associate must be
employed at same location and by the
same employer
$35.00 additional fee if you wish to take the
final exam online. Please provide your own
laptop if at all possible. Number of laptops is
extremely limited and there may be a wait
time.
