Bids are to be place in minimum increments of $5.00. There is no maximum that you may bid, as long as the bid is a multiple of five. 4. The opening bid must reflect the reserve bid. 5. All sales are final, and items may not be returned. 6. Items must be picked up by the Friday following the final closing date. If we do not hear from you, the item will be offered to the next person on the list. This time frame will be NOT be extended for any reason. 7. No telephone bids will be taken. 8. For security reasons, as well as the fragility of displayed pieces, auction items will not be removed from the showcase for inspection. Locked cases will NOT be opened until the auction closes, at this time you can review the item prior to purchasing it. 9.
