Please remember that if our start time is 9:30, we want to start at 9:30! Please arrive early to
give yourself extra time to unload and prepare for rehearsal.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13 (CAR WASH FUNDRAISER: 9:00am - 4:00pm)
Housing Students: 7:00am - Wake/Breakfast/Pack & Load
8:30am - Transportation departs to Car Wash sites
ALL STUDENTS: Report to assigned location by 9am rain or shine, students should bring
their luggage with them to car wash site, or they may drop it at the Colts bingo hall (1101
Central Ave) for pick up later in the day. Members should come in swim apparel or clothes
they can get wet in, Colts/Cadets apparel works great!
ALSO bring pledge sheets if not turned in, a sack lunch and sunscreen.
4:00pm - Out-of-area students will be transported to the Colts hall (1101 Central Ave) for Supper.
Dubuque area members please transport yourselves, you may go home, but must report to
Colts hall no later than 6:30pm.
6:30pm - Load Busses

Housing Students: Follow Colts Schedule for Wake, Meals & Cals. Spend the day observing
Colts rehearsals and practicing on your own or in groups. CC staff will be available for
individual help.
Local Students: Meet at Colts hall (1101 Central Ave, Dubuque) by 2:00pm.

Colt Cadets will return to Washington Middle School in Dubuque late Sunday night after the
Whitewater show. Local students are expected to go home. Text message notifications will be sent
to parents for exact arrival times. Full time students will be bussed back to armory housing. A
detailed itinerary for these dates and more will be released in the near future.
