My goal is to have a supply on hand for birthdays and special occasions throughout the year. They make nice gifts when you fold one or two in to a small basket and include a bar of scented soap. I just tried knitting the fan and feather washcloth and the way the patern reads one decreases more and more every row, so your left with a triangle instead of a square! Did I read it wrong? Hi Laura, you shouldn't end up with a triangle but that actually sounds like an interesting pattern. On the decrease row repeats, you are: Niesz Vintage Home...and fabric -Knitting two together a total of four times, which decreases your stitches by four. -Doing a yarn over and then a knit one four times, increases the stitches back to the original number. Sorry if you found the pattern hard to read. If you have a suggestion for making that clearer, please let me know.
