Judges shall not award premiums to any entry deemed unworthy; i.e., soiled or incomplete. • Quality or brand of yarn will not be judged. AWARDS 1st place: $5 & blue ribbon; 2nd place: $3 & red ribbon; 3rd place: $1 & white ribbon GRAND CHAMPION AWARDS $10 & a rosette ribbon will be awarded to the best entry in each division as determined by the judges. “Best” is defined as that which demonstrates the best technique and skill. SPECIAL PREMIUM AWARD $10 & a rosette ribbon and $5 & a rosette ribbon will be awarded to the first and second entries that the judges determine warrant special recognition.
