FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Hotel has a strong food and beverage offering with the Coniston
Kitchen and Bar on the ground floor. The restaurant offers seasonal
British food with 80 covers, which can be increased by the use of the
adjoining syndicate/private dining room for larger events.
The Hotel Bar provides more informal dining throughout the day
with a lounge area offering relaxation space for guests. The Hotel
has become the hub of the local community. There is a strong
base of non-resident F&B sales for the Sunday Carvery with an
average of 120 covers sold per week in 2015 which is expected
to increase over the busier Summer months.
MEETINGS & EVENTS
The Hotel provides high quality events and conference facilities
with 8 conference suites available. All of the rooms provide LCD
screens and audio visual equipment and benefit from free Wi-Fi
throughout. The ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests
theatre style and 200 guests for dinner and has state of the art
lighting and sound systems.
Tribute nights organized by the hotel have been successful, with
the majority sold out for 2015.
Civil wedding ceremonies can be held in the gazebo outside
within a small landscaped garden, as well as within the majority
of public rooms.
HOTEL OPERATING
STRUCTURE
