CWM: A Conscious Working Mama feels alive and engaged in her career and in motherhood. She seeks inner peace, fulfillment, and joy by honoring herself and living to her fullest potential. Wait. However, this is how I feel… “I don’t have anytime for myself, so how could I possibly work on me?” “I already feel so much guilt with working all the time that I can’t do anything that takes me away from my children.” “I’m exhausted all of the time and, I hate to say it, I feel like I’m just grinding it out.” “I often feel angry, anxious, and unfulfilled, but I love my children.” The good news is you are not alone. As Working Mamas, we like process, and we like accountability. We also like systems that are easy to use and efficient! I’ve created the Conscious Working Mama Wheel as a tool that you can use to assess your current level of consciousness as a Working Mama. Once you reflect on where you stand, together we will create a roadmap by taking bite size, actionable steps to move you into life as a CWM. How does the CWM Wheel work? I’ve identified 10 themes that I believe must be highly engaged in order to experience Fulfillment, balance, and joy. Naturally, the themes link together and work in conjunction with one another, so when they are ALL highly activated, the circle is whole, which is what you as a working Mama are ultimately striving to experience: Wholeness. Throughout our work together, I will reference the CWM wheel. Think of it as your North Star, guiding you to your bliss.
