We are a creative British company with a passion for making real handcrafted furniture for your home.
In a world of mass-production, we make unique, one-off furniture pieces that are as individual as the trees from which
they came. We love the beauty, character and feel of natural wood and our customers do too. Craftsmanship, good design
and the use of the finest local UK hardwoods such as oak, beech and yew ensures that our furniture is made to last a
lifetime – or two. We believe our furniture will become future heirlooms.

1. The Jupiter Table - Our Psychedelic Retro Coffee Table
Inspired by 1950s modernism, this coffee table is made from
Welsh beech wood – the amazing pattern in the grain is completely
natural and results from spalting in the wood.
Why The Jupiter Table ? We think it looks like a planet !

2. Beautiful Cherry Wood Coffee Table
Amongst the most beautiful wood you’ll ever see, this polished coffee table
has a deep and swirling patterned grain you can gaze at forever. The wood
is from a tree which once grew in the National Botanic Gardens of Wales.

3. The Haven Estuary Ashwood Table & Matching Benches

Jake's classically simple table and bench design shows off the natural
wood and comfortably sits eight people, for super-sociable dining.
The benches are heavy and generous, with flared legs, in an Arts &
Crafts influenced style.
The ash tree, blown down in 2005, grew in the fields of an old Welsh
family farm, within sight of the Haven Estuary, Pembrokeshire and
less than 10 miles from our workshop.

4. Pear Wood Coffee Table
Our chunky pear wood coffee table has strong clean lines and
softly rounded corners. This lovely British fruitwood is naturally
amber-coloured and it positively glows in the sunlight of late
afternoon.

Classic oak bookcase in Georgian style with decorative arched
moulding, plinth & backboard. Four wide shelves.

6. Welsh Oak Dining Table
This is a really beautiful solid wood dining table made with richly grained
& bookmatched Welsh oak. This ‘Pippy or Cat’s Paw oak’ is of exceptional
quality wood for furniture-making & reveals an open-winged ‘butterfly’
pattern on the surface! The finest dining table we have made so far.

7. Yew Refectory Dining Table

Part of this table is made from an ancient yew tree from Llampumsaint
churchyard. Such large pieces of yew are rare & make a special &
prestigious piece of furniture. The grain on the table is very beautiful &
looks like the illustrated hills & contours on a really old map. A once in a
lifetime table and Jake’s personal favourite.

8. Chunky Funky ‘Pink’ Yew Coffee Table
A great, naturally funky coffee table. Solid, chunky & heavy, it has
natural streaks of pink in the wood - seasoned for over ten years.
The yew tree grew in the Pembrokeshire village of Milton.
The yew furniture can be bought as a set or separately.

Easy on the eye, this shapely Pembrokeshire yew wood console
table features the paler sapwood wavy edges, contrasting with
the amber heartwood. Useful undershelf.

Use as a work station, a writing desk, or as an elegant dressing

12. Pair of Welsh Olive Ash & Elm Dining Chairs
Sweet & classic pair of matching dining chairs with a frame made
from light coloured Pembrokeshire olive ash wood, with a seat of
book-matched Welsh elm.
Ash is a traditional British wood for chair-making – it has a
natural flexibility.

13. The Surface of Mars Table
Absolutely stunning natural grained table, aptly named after the Red
Planet. This elegant console table designed to fit into the narrowest of
spaces, is a genuine feast for the eyes. Made from an amazing & rare
piece of our favourite wood, Welsh yew.

14. Welsh Oak Console Table
A perfectly proportioned and elegant side or console table made with fine
Welsh oak. This tree was discovered fallen into a river near Aberystwyth
& is delicious dark colour because the temporary waterlogging has
enriched & accentuated the grain.

Sturdy handmade stools made from local spalted
beech wood. Great for the kitchen, office – or
anywhere !

17. Spalted Alder Coffee Table
We made this truly unique, contemporary coffee table from a stunning
piece of spalted alder wood. The amazing multi-colours & markings are
created when the wood starts to be colonised by natural fungi,
producing some of the most beautiful & highly-prized timber sought by
woodworkers. This tree once grew near Aberystwyth.

Beautiful sapele mahogany storage chest. Use it for blankets, toys or
treasure ! Sturdy enough to double up as a seat. All brass fittings.

20. Beautiful Beechwood Table
The wood for this table came from a large beech tree that grew near
Carmarthen. We air-dried the planks for two and a half years before
creating this lovely table. A high gloss polish reveals the beautiful
grain – it was worth the wait, we think you’ll agree.

Elegant tall bookcase which will usefully fit into an alcove or narrow
space. Five shelves.

22.Decorative Display Shelves
Traditional decorative display shelves for showing off treasured
china and ornaments. Crafted in oiled pine wood, with traditional
style mouldings, scalloped sides and with three grooved shelves
for securing plates. Can be wall-mounted or rested as a dresser on
top of a table or sideboard. Ideal for the kitchen, but also good in
the living room, hall or bathroom.
