Ford Publishes 2014 Annual Report and Proxy Statement;
Announces Annual Meeting Date
DEARBORN, Mich., March 27, 2015 – Ford Motor Company [NYSE: F] today published its
Annual Report and Proxy Statement.

Ford’s Proxy Statement outlines three company and two shareholder proposals, as well as
compensation for this year’s Named Executive Officers

Ford’s Annual Report and Proxy Statement are available online

Ford’s Annual Meeting will be conducted on Thursday, May 14 in Wilmington, Del.

Ford continues its leadership in environmental preservation with the Annual Report and
Proxy Statement using paper made from recycled fiber and encouraging shareholders to
receive proxy materials electronically
Ford’s Annual Report and Proxy Statement are available at www.shareholder.ford.com. The
Annual Report, Proxy Statement and supporting envelopes and documents were printed in the
United States on paper containing 10 percent post-consumer recycled fiber and certified by the
Forest Stewardship Council. In addition, Ford offers registered shareholders the opportunity to
receive proxy materials electronically by registering online with www.eTree.com/Ford. For each
registered shareholder who signs up for electronic delivery of proxy materials, a tree will be
planted on that person’s behalf.
