E-Verify Case Closing

E-Verify Case Closing
Incomplete
What Does An Incomplete Status
Mean?
• An incomplete means that the information
entered into Section 2 of the Form I-9 does
not match, but TALX is allowing us a chance to
double check the information on the I-9 to
ensure it is all correct.
• This is something TALX’s provides, not
something E-verify Provides
What Do We Do?
• Once an Incomplete is issued you need to go
over the information entered by the employee
into Section 1 of the I-9 and also what you
entered into Section 2 of the I-9.
• Please note you cannot change the SSN on an
incomplete
