About Emz Blendz Soap Co.
Emz Blendz Soap Co. is a small natural soap and bath product manufacturing
company located in Ashland, Oregon. The concept of the business began in 1998 in
Emily’s (a.k.a. Emz) kitchen where she discovered the art and magic of soap making.
She was inspired by her childhood love of nature’s scents, her creative spirit and her
intuitive sense of comfort. She set out to create the best natural soap for her family
and friends. After many months and countless trials, the perfect recipe was created.
Em’s soap received rave reviews and was soon in high demand. Em started selling
her creations at local artisans’ and farmers’ markets and then branched out to retail
shops and bed and breakfasts. After mastering the art of soap making, Em expanded
her product line to include lotions, salves, liquid soaps, lip balms and other bath
products made with the highest quality ingredients and with the same loving care as
her soap. You will find Emz Blendz natural bath and body products to be the best
you’ve ever purchased.
What is Handmade Natural Soap?
Handmade soap is a very special mild product. It is beautiful to look at, has a wonderful feel and smells amazing.
Handmade soap is significantly different from its machine made-counterpart. The qualities that handcrafted
soap bring to the skin are significantly noticeable and valued. We produce our soap in small batches with fresh
ingredients. Our amazing recipe consists of 50% olive oil for gentleness, coconut oil for a fluffy lather, and cocoa
butter, shea butter, and sweet almond oil for nourishment. Once you have experienced Emz natural handmade
soap, you’ll never go back to any other soap again!

Pricing
There is a $200.00 minimum order for wholesale pricing. All pricing in this catalog is wholesale. Pricing
subject to change. All regular sized items are sold at wholesale prices in packages of ten. You may combine
scents of large soaps, large lotions, tub truffles, olive oil foam soap, lip balms and sugar scrubs to meet the
minimum wholesale package requirements unless you wish to have them custom labeled. Custom labeling
requires a minimum order per scent/per product (see individual pricing). If you are a wholesale customer and
would like to order less than the minimum of an item to sample, please see our sample packages (page 8).
Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Checks or Money Orders.
Custom Label
For custom labeling there is a small one-time set-up fee of $75.00 for the first product label and $50 per
additional product label. This fee includes custom label set-up, not custom graphic art design. Custom
art design however is available. Please contact us for a quote. Custom labeling is available for most
products with a minimum order per scent per product (see individual pricing). Please send business contact

you do not wish to use a logo or artwork for your label, see page 5 for font choices.
Lead Time
We try to have all of our products ready to ship when you order; however, because of the handmade nature of
all of our products and in order to ensure the freshest possible products, LARGER ORDERS AND ORDERS
RECEIVED DURING PEAK TIMES TAKE UP TO 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. Please re-order several
weeks prior to being out of stock. If you need items as soon as possible, let us know and we will do our best
to expedite your order.
Shelf Life
Our soap doesn’t seem to “go bad” even after several years; however, it smells the best when it’s fresh. For
best results, order amounts of soap that you know you can sell or use within one year. For all other products,
order amounts that you know you can sell or use within 9 months. Our products are made with food-grade
vegetable oils and although they are properly preserved, they are not loaded with preservatives like most
commercial products which are designed to withstand a lengthy shelf life. Keep all products out of direct
sunlight and make sure you provide testers for resale body lotion.
Returns
Because of the delicate nature of our products, we can not accept returns unless the item is damaged,
defective, or if we have made a mistake with your order.
Samples
Samples of all of our products are available at cost for you to try before you buy. Please consider ordering
samples if you are not sure you will like the scent.
Shipping
For small orders, we may ship Priority Mail. Most orders are shipped via UPS. In all cases, we choose the
least expensive shipping method.
