CREEKWOOD ENJOYS MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BOOM
One of the Sunshine Coast’s most popular residential communities, Creekwood, is enjoying a multi-million
dollar building and land production boom.
Twenty five AVJennings’ Designer Homes are currently under construction, 147 new home sites are being
completed, three display homes have recently opened, with a further two display homes due to open in mid
2015.
AVJennings QLD State General Manager Rodney Chadwick said with the range of new properties being
made available, he expected Creekwood to continue to attract local residents seeking a quality and
convenient address close to Caloundra and the Kawana Health Campus.
"We have had strong sales over the past 12 months, and in order to keep up with demand we are ensuring
we have a good mix of properties available to appeal to all customer types," he said.
"There are currently fifteen three and four bedroom Designer Homes available from $379,900 to $449,900
which represents excellent value. These homes are ideal for buyers looking for a quality new freehold title
home set on a low maintenance lot.
"The Designer Homes include a mix of single and double storey dwellings, with the first eleven properties
scheduled to be completed this month (March).
“They are offered with quality fittings and finishes throughout including stone bench tops, stainless steel
appliances and reverse cycle air-conditioning to the living and main bedroom.”
There are currently 27 home sites available priced from an affordable $204,900 and a number of duplex
home sites priced from $353,000.
"When a customer visits the new display village, and they find a home design they like, we will have land
available to suit the home they have chosen, and they will be able to start building soon after," Mr Chadwick
said.
"This means that buyers can start planning for their new home immediately and they can get excited about
their new lifestyle at Creekwood."
The individual home sites under construction range from 309 square metres to 641 square metres, providing
customers with a variety of different lots to accommodate a wide range of homes from Creekwood’s partner
builders.
The display village includes designs from local builders Coastlife Homes and Integrale Homes who both
have display homes open for inspection, while Hotondo Homes and Adenbrook Homes are set to open their
display homes in the coming months.
The entire Creekwood community spans 50 hectares and on completion will feature a total of 370
townhomes, terrace and loft homes and 470 homesites.
