CaTERING POLICIES Placing Orders Please send all catering inquiries and orders to us at [email protected] and confirmation will be sent in a timely matter. We kindly ask that orders be placed by 3:00pm for next day delivery. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders; however, we cannot guarantee all menu items or delivery times will be available. A surcharge will be applied to any menu substitutions or special requests. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice. Delivery Schedule We would be happy to deliver your catering orders Monday through Friday between 7:30am-9:00am for breakfast and between 11:00am-1:00pm for lunch. Please allow us a 30-minute delivery window for all orders. Deliveries are scheduled on a first-come-firstserve basis with priority being given to previously placed orders. If you are looking to place an order outside of these hours, we will gladly arrange to have your order ready for pickup at our location most convenient for you. Delivery + Pick Up Complementary delivery is available for all orders above $50 (before tax) within Downtown Vancouver and the surrounding area. A delivery fee may apply to orders outside of this region. We will return within 48 business hours to pick up all dishes and supplies; kindly ensure supplies are ready for collection. If same-day pickup service is required, a $10 charge will be applied. Any lost or damaged supplied will be invoiced separately. Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery are subject to applicable service charges. Paper Service: Complimentary paper service is included with every catering order. If you do not require paper service, please let us know when placing your order. Payment: We are happy to accept the following types of payment: Cash, Corporate Cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment must be received within net 30 days term. A 2% monthly interest will be applied on any overdue balance. Allergen Statement: Some of our products are produced on shared equipment with Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat and Soy Products.
