You have the opportunity to work with the only woman rider in Romania who races in international Road Racing championships! She has adrenaline in her blood, from the early beginnings, and she is passionate with adrenaline sports. Cristina Udrescu made her first step into motorcycle races in 2005, with...a Google search. She had ridden as a passenger for a while back then, but, as herself said, she “seeked more” . Fortunately, her desire for riding was quickly channeled in a sporting field, when she met road racing trainer Adrian Wacykiewcz of Moto Mecanica. Everything worked out very fast with his help, from getting her motorcycle driver license, to riding her first races in Serres Cup and Rosbk Cup organized by Ionut Mistode, in 2007. Cristina’s first race was on a big 900cc bike, but she was not intimidated by the powerful machine, and successfully accomplished her objective - finishing a race. Since her debut on the race track Cristina competed in several championships, with great passion and remarkable results. 2013 was the pinnacle of Cristina’s career , racing in Ladies Trophy European competition and winning the 600 class Supersport in season final standing points. After winning Ladies Trophy 2013, she was invited at the FIM Women Road Racing Camp which took place at Albacete in October 2013. This was an elite top level event, women riders from all over the world attending the road racing camp. FIM Women Road Racing Training Camps and the near future World Cup These camps organized by the FIM are extremely important for us because FIM has big plans for women in the future. They want to organize a World Road Racing Championship/CUP for women. These camps are very important goals to us. We wish to keep up with all the girls involved, and participate at the Women World Road Racing Championship. Especially it is important because we took part in the first ever camp, in October 2013 at Albacete, where our rider Cristina Udrescu was among the best situated, among the 27 women riders all over the world, that took part. Basically we are sure that rider Cristina Udrescu will be on the grid in the very near future at the Women World Cup. There will also be a women race in Valencia in 13 September 2015 organized by Chicho Lorenzo, the father of Jorge Lorenzo, Cristina wants to race there with all her heart and will. 2. Dunlop Romanian Superbike ROSBK RoSBK is one of the most popular Romanian motorcycle road racing competition, with over one hundred riders from Romania and abroad, involved in all classes of the championship. Romanian National Road Racing Championship FRM The Romanian Motorcycling Federation (FRM) national championship. For this competition a Moto3 spec motorcycle is necessary, that Cristina can ride fast and win races. She believes of herself as best suited for smaller classes racing machines. 4. East European Championship The East European Championship is a regional championship the takes place in the Balkan geographical area (Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece). Cristina could race the Moto3 bike here too. 5. Alpe Adria Top level European regional championship, with races from Italy to Poland. Here we have target the first ten places. Moto3 class of Alpe Adria Championship is best suited for Cristina. 6. CEV- Spanish National Championship CEV is the most powerful national road racing championship in the world. Competition is top level: pilots and motorcycles. CEV has live media coverage in Spain and on motor-sport TV channels. Partial funding for Cristina to participate in CEV is still needed. Also in there is possibility to race in the Kawasaki Z Cup, the most affordable class in CEV, or in the Stock 600 class. 7.
