Thursday 9.30-10.30am & Sat 9-10am
There are drills for the absolute beginner through to the
advanced player. All of which provide you with a great
cardio workout while improving your tennis skills. Cardio
tennis is more fun than just a workout in the gym or other
forms of exercise.
Skills & Drills: Friday 10-11.30am
A session designed to push your tennis boundaries, increase
your knowledge & tactical awareness. These sessions are
aimed at the improver/ intermediate player
