Scenic tour of the Historic Center of Naples exploring the characteristic and lively streets. Pompeii is an excavation site and outdoor museum of the ancient Roman settlement. It’s considered to be one of the few sites where an ancient city has been preserved in detail - everything from jars and tables to paintings and people was frozen in time, yielding, together with neighbouring Herculaneum which suffered the same fate, an unprecedented opportunity to see how the people lived two thousand years ago. Forty meters below, you find a different world, unexplored, isolated by time, but deeply connected with the world above. It’s the heart of Naples, and the place from which the city was born. To visit it is to travel to the past, a world 2400 years old. * Time to be confirmed. Please read General Conditions on last page.
