1. How to start Aadhaar Enrolment Center under CSC SPV?
First of all the VLE need to have an OMT ID and a CSC Center which will identify you as a VLE. To
start the enrolment center as a pre requisite the VLE need to have a complete UID Kit which
includes a Laptop, TFT, Webcam, Fingerprint capture device, IRIS capture device, Multifunction
Printer, USB Hub, CFL Light, White Background.
The VLE need to be a certified supervisor/operator as per UIDAI requirement. Also the VLE need
to arrange for a Document Verifier whose presence will be required mandatorily at the
enrolment center.

his/her request to start Aadhaar Enrolment Center with CSC SPV.

2. Will CSC SPV provide me a UID Kit and if not then from where can I get the UID Kit and how
much will be the cost of it?
CSC SPV does not deal in selling of UID kits so the VLEs need to arrange for the kit on their own.
The complete UID kit price falls between Rs.1,30,000 – 1,40,000 approximately.
3. How to get certified as a Supervisor?
There are two agencies which conducts the UID Supervisor/Operator test which are SIFY and
NSEIT. You can visit the websites of these agencies where the complete details regarding the
certification is given.

4. Who is a document verifier?
A document verifier as prescribed by UIDAI should be Class 3/Group C and above retired Govt.
Servant. His responsibility will be to eminently present at the enrolment center and to verify the
documents copy of the residents against their Originals and only after this verification the
operator will enroll the resident for aadhaar. His presence is mandatory at the enrolment
center.
5. When will UID Enrolment start in NPR States?
The NPR states are the states where currently the Govt. of India has not allotted UIDAI to
directly start Aadhaar enrolments. Any enrolment here will only be initiated by NPR.
As of now there has been no definite timeline given by UIDAI or the Govt. of India regarding this
but once any such information is released it will be communicated to the respective state VLEs.
Following are the NPR States/Union Territories:
States: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Odisha, Tamil Nadu
and West Bengal.
Union Territory: Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadar & Nagar Haveli and Lakshadweep.
There are also few districts in Karnataka where enrolments only through NPR are permissible.
Districts in Karnataka: Udupi, Gadag, Uttara Kannada, Haven, Davangere, Bangalore rural,
Chikkabalapur and Kodagu.
6. How much is the payment per Aadhaar generation and what is the cycle of payment?
The total payment is of Rs 35 per successful Aadhaar generation where the VLE will be paid Rs
33 and Rs 2 will be the document verifier share. The payment is made as per the release of the
sanction order by UIDAI.
7. How many machines can I get registered under CSC SPV?
As of now a VLE can get 2-3 kits registered.
8. I’ve registered with CSC SPV but did not received any call for the kit registration?
The concerned team is in regular touch with the VLEs for their kit registration and technical
support. The VLEs will be called within 10 working days of the date of their request received.
