Registration & Licensing of JET SKIS Registration & Licensing Department at RTA Marine Agency provides Registration and Licensing of Jet Skis service in the emirate of Dubai within exclusive safe zones, open for use during speciﬁc times from sunrise to sunset only, and in accordance with certain guidelines set to regulate this activity. Registration & Licensing Conditions • Ofﬁcial purchase invoice / manufacturing certiﬁcate for locally built Jet Skis • Customs clearance certiﬁcate for imported Jet Skis • Copy of passport and ‘Khulasat Al Qaid’ for Emiratis • Passport copy, with a valid residency visa, and NOC from the sponsor for expatriates • 2 personal photographs of the applicant size 4x6 cm • Medical certiﬁcate of ﬁtness to drive the Jet Ski when required • The Jet Ski must pass the technical test • Comprehensive insurance certiﬁcate valid for 13 months renewable, issued from a Dubai-based insurance Co.
