The DISPENSERS GROUP is linked to 4 takeaway lanes and is able to feed a SHRINK FLI M machine
at the rate of 40 trays / mn
In this case, a PLASTIC COVER dispenser and a TOPTRAY dispenser are set on a conveyor
grouping together 4 packing lanes.
The work in resumption is also possible with the grouping conveyor belt (A)
A TRANSLATORY UNIT for ink jet head can be set after the dispensers.
Every dispenser unit is replacable with an other and is able to run at the speed of 40 trays/mn
(The LABEL inserter also exists with double head and double interchangeable magazine)
The LABEL inserter can be completed with an additional “immobilization kit” (points of glue).
With such equipment, it’s possible to lay in very precise position light and small labels.
As well, a TRANSLATORY UNIT for ink jet head can be set just after the LABEL inserter.
With such equipment, it’s possible to date and to customize standard labels
