Dear CVHS Seniors,
It’s time to start planning for your Grad Nite experience at Disney California
Adventure, Saturday, June 6, 2015. Please READ through this packet for all
information you will need regarding Grad Nite.
Ticket prices and sales information:
Ticket prices:
Early Bird—$100 w/ASB, $105 w/out. After Early
Bird—$105 w/ASB, $110 w/out. Ticket price
includes:
A Private Grad Nite Party at Disney California Adventure, 10:00 p.m.
to 2:00 a.m.
Unlimited rides throughout the park. World of Color exclusive
showing.
Park Hopper pass, allowing you access to Disneyland Park prior to the
Grad Nite Party at California Adventure.
Sale dates: tickets will be sold at lunch
Early Bird Ticket Sale Dates—March 30-April 3, 2015
After Early Bird Ticket Sale Dates—April 6-14, 2015
DEADLINE TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKET IS TUESDAY, APRIL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS

Guest Policy:
• Must fill out a Guest Pass Form, allow at least 2 weeks for processing.
• Guest must be at least a high school senior and 20 or under.
• 1 guest per CVHS senior.
Arrival and departures:
Traveling by air-conditioned school bus.
***YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SCHOOL ID WITH YOU TO BOARD
THE BUS, DRIVERS LICENSE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.*** If you
lose your ID before Grad Nite, go to the office, prior to Friday, June 6, and
get a printout of your ID.
Saturday Morning: Please arrive at CVHS by 10:00 a.m. for check–in,
busses will leave CVHS at 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning: Leave DCA
approximately 2:30 a.m., arrive at CVHS approximately 4:30 a.m.
Senior Car Wash Fundraiser:
All seniors will have the opportunity to raise funds to help offset the cost
of their Grad Nite ticket by participating in a car wash to be held on
Saturday, March 28, 2015
9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
The Tire Guys, 1631 W. Redlands Blvd., Redlands
If you wish to participate in this fundraiser, tickets will be available for
pick up beginning Wednesday, March 4, 5, & 6, 2015. Each student will
check out 5 tickets, more if you think you can sell them, and they are to
be sold for $5 each. Please note that if you check out and sell any car
wash tickets, participation in the car wash is required. Any unsold
tickets, ticket money and donations must be returned to a PTSA
representative on Saturday, March 28.

Student Contract
I ___________________________________ have READ the Dress Code requirements and
Rules and Regulations for Disney California Adventure and WILL adhere to them during the
time I leave CVHS on Saturday, June 6 and return on Sunday, June 7.
I UNDERSTAND that failure to adhere to the Citrus Valley Dress Code policy and the Dress
Code policy of Disney California Adventure will result in delayed or denial of admission into
Grad Nite activities.
I UNDERSTAND failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations will result in my
confinement to a designated area and/or be asked to leave. In the event I am asked to leave, it
will be the responsibility of my parent/guardian to pick me up at Disney California Adventure.

Dress Code
The Disneyland® Resort aims to provide a fun, safe
environment and an enjoyable experience for all Guests. To
that end, the following are not permitted:

Clothing or tattoos with obscene, lewd or offensive language,
graphics or designs
Clothing that could be construed as inappropriate for a family
environment (e.g., string bikini tops and bottoms, G-strings,
excessively torn clothing)
Bare feet
Weapons or accessories that appear to be weapons (e.g., bullet
belts)
Clothing or accessories that drag on the ground or create a
potential tripping hazard
Wedding dresses
Sharp or pointed accessories that may cause injury
Masks or makeup that could be viewed part of a costume, with
the exception of special events or attire intended to identify the
wearer (e.g., military uniforms, cultural attire)
Dress code is subject to change without notice and will be
ENFORCED!
Seniors,
Before purchasing your Grad Nite ticket you MUST bring with
you the following:
*Current CVHS Photo ID.
• CVPTSA Medical/Liability release form, signed (if under 18, parent
must sign). Over 18, please have contact number.
• CVPTSA /Student Contract
• Parent’s Approval and Student Waiver form
• Cash or Check (make checks payable to CVPTSA)
• Guest Pass, if applicable. Must be signed by an Administrator of the
guest’s school, including their CVPTSA/Student Contract, signed
medical/liability release form and Parent’s Approval and Student
Waiver form. Must also include a copy of guest’s current photo ID.
Please remind your guest that they must have their current Photo ID with
them when they board the bus to leave for Disney California Adventure and
they must adhere to all the same requirements as CVHS students.

*Tickets will not be sold to anyone without a current CVHS photo ID,
unless purchasing for a guest with required paperwork. The ID must match
the person purchasing the ticket.
