The services of Christian
Women’s Job Corps are available
to all women in East Texas
without regard to race or
religion. Childcare provided as
funding is available. Applicants
to the CWJC Tyler program are
required to:
Equipping women for LIFE and EMPLOYMENT
Imagine entering the work force for the first time as an
untrained, middle-aged, or newly divorced woman.
Imagine a young woman circling jobs in the newspaper,
knowing she doesn’t qualify for even entry-level positions.
Imagine a single mom without skills and without hope.
Now imagine all that changing … for good.
Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) is an educational
program for women in the Tyler community with a financial
need to work. Classes include computer training, money
management, boundary and goal setting, career assessment,
resume writing, interviewing job searching, business
communications and a non-denominational Bible study. CWJC
Tyler has served the Tyler community for over fifteen years
and has had hundreds of participants in the East Texas area.

Have a desire to develop skills for employment;

Be 18 years of age or older;

Have transportation to get to and from class each
day.
CLASSES:
Spring Session: February-May
Fall Session: September—November
Day Class Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

Night Class Schedule:
Mon/Tues/Thurs: 5:30pm-7:30pm

Resume Writing—how to highlight your strengths and get noticed by employers

falls apart
Bible Study—how to apply biblical principles to life’s problems
Give Yourself
Volunteers of all ages are needed to help women reach their goals with God’s help. Can you
be a prayer partner or mentor? Can you help cook lunches? Can you teach a class or assist?
